Attitude IT provides very speedy responses. Our last IT guy took days to respond to my emails and phone calls. He would come in with a list of things that were not working properly and he only fix a few things off that list. His responses to me on a couple issues were usually, 'I am not familiar with that' and, 'You should Google it.'

There were several frustrating issues within our office that Attitude IT had to fix when first starting with our company. My computer was unbearably slow and our previous IT guy had told me it was because the computer was old. It used to change to French on me every time I restarted and it never saved properly where I would lose my work and have to redo it. Sometimes I could not access the internet or server. I could not view my contacts or calendars or even print to any computer in the office.

As far as response times, now I send a quick email and almost immediately receive a phone call or email back, no matter how minimal.
